The key goal here was to help CJ Tree Surgeons maximise their GBP and website potential, to get their business seen by the right people, and ultimately increase their leads.

Consumers are more frequently searching online for local services, making it vital for businesses to have an online presence on search engines, like Google, in 2023.

With 46% of Google searches identified as people looking for local businesses, there has never been a better time to utilise this tool, so we worked to optimise the GBP as a priority.

CJ Tree Surgeons already had a steady foundation, so we wanted to focus on optimisation, building on what they already had, and taking it to the next level.

Our challenge was to maintain the look and feel of the website, whilst implementing key points from our audit, to ensure they were reaching their highest potential.

The team initially carried out a website audit for CJ Tree Surgeons, to identify key areas that could be optimised and improved.

We could then implement the changes needed to optimise their website, but it was important to not compromise the site’s look and feel.

Optimising the GBP was our top priority. There are numerous ways to achieve this, including: adding relevant local keywords in descriptions throughout the profile, geo-tagging photos and consistently posting on the GBP to name a few.
